Our journey to Elite
Novabridge was founded in Canberra with a singular focus: be the best ServiceNow partner in ANZ. Over the past decade, we've grown from a small team of specialists to approximately 100 professionals across seven offices in Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam.
Key milestones on this journey include:
- Achieving ServiceNow Elite Partner status — the highest tier in the partner ecosystem
- Delivering over 200 successful implementations for government and enterprise clients
- Building a security-cleared team trusted by Australia's most sensitive agencies
- Expanding into New Zealand and establishing a delivery centre in Ho Chi Minh City
Looking ahead to 2026
As we move into 2026, our focus areas include deepening our capabilities across HRSD, SecOps, ITOM and Customer Service Management — the modules where we see the greatest opportunity to transform how government delivers services to citizens and employees.
