Jeremiah Fergus is an experienced sales and technology leader with over 25 years' experience in the Information Technology and Digital Services sector, with deep expertise in Federal Government. Jeremiah has held leadership roles spanning branch management, sales management, go-to-market strategy, program management, ICT architecture, and service delivery. He currently leads Novabridge's Defence business, where he is responsible for ensuring Novabridge delivers sustainable value for its Defence clients.
Jeremiah has a proven track record of building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams, with particular strength in developing go-to-market strategies, managing large and complex opportunities, and delivering sustained revenue growth. His career has been defined by hands-on leadership, working alongside his teams in the field to support account strategy, major bids, and executive client engagement.
Prior to joining Novabridge, Jeremiah held leadership roles at NTT Australia, where he led Federal Government sales teams and strategic accounts. His achievements included rebuilding and scaling sales teams, strengthening pipeline coverage, and leading commercial negotiations for major government contracts. His performance was recognised through multiple national and Asia-Pacific sales awards.
Before NTT, Jeremiah spent several years at Australia Post, where he led the national go-to-market efforts for Government Identity Services. In this role, he was instrumental in driving growth across Federal, State, and Territory governments and played a key leadership role in achieving accreditation of Australia Post's Digital ID under the Australian Government's Trusted Digital Identity Framework.
Jeremiah has also held senior strategy, program management, and architecture roles within government and large global systems integrators, including the ACT Government, CSC, the Department of Finance, and Fujitsu. Across these roles, he has led large-scale transformation programs, complex outsourcing and cloud initiatives, and enterprise-wide technology strategies supporting critical government services.
Having worked extensively as both a client and a service provider, Jeremiah brings a unique and practical understanding of how to successfully collaborate to deliver outcomes for public sector organisations. His leadership style, strong focus on professional development, and commitment to customer success continue to underpin his ability to build trusted relationships, high-performing teams, and long-term client partnerships.
