Over the past decade, he has built an exceptional reputation across Australia and New Zealand as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping them shape their strategies and modernise service delivery through ServiceNow-driven transformation.
Known for his ability to move seamlessly between strategic executive dialogue and deeply technical platform discussions, Herman excels at aligning business vision with enabling technology capabilities. His credibility is reinforced by his hands-on understanding of various SaaS platforms, maintained through continuous learning, experimentation, and direct evaluation of new features.
In his current role as Director of Solution Consulting, Herman has a strategic and outward-facing focus: balancing thought leadership, team development, and measurable commercial impact. He utilises his unique mix of strategic vision, sales partnership, and hands-on leadership, with responsibility for shaping solution strategies and accelerating client engagement.
Prior to joining Novabridge, Herman held senior advisory, sales, and transformation leadership roles at Enable (a Fujitsu company). As Director of Advisory and Transformation, he cultivated high-value relationships across Federal and State Government, helping agencies such as the Australian Federal Police, Home Affairs, and Defence advance their digital transformation agendas. He played a pivotal role in jointly shaping account strategies with ServiceNow and Fujitsu, securing major transformation programs and elevating Enable's reputation as a leading partner.
Herman has extensive experience working across the globe, with senior technology management roles in South Africa and the USA. He held the roles of Director of Product Development and Director of Global Channel Development for a large software vendor based in California. In 2005 he relocated to Sydney to establish the local business for a US-based software vendor.
