Glen Watson

Director of Technical Services

With over a decade of hands-on experience delivering outcomes on the ServiceNow Platform, Glen specialises in architecting, implementing, and governing large-scale ServiceNow solutions across the Australian Federal Government and Defence sectors. His background spans digital transformation, enterprise architecture, platform governance, and complex service delivery — combining strategic vision with deep technical expertise to drive meaningful, sustainable change for the organisations he supports.

He currently serves as Director of Technical Services at Novabridge, leading multi-domain ServiceNow initiatives for Defence and Federal Government entities. His work has included architecting and governing the Defence ServiceNow Protected Platform, developing CMDB and CSDM frameworks, delivering secure cloud and on-premises integrations, establishing platform governance boards, and supporting accreditation through security artefacts and assurance activities. In this role, Glen works closely with senior executives to shape transformation strategies, govern solution outcomes, and provide technical assurance for major programs and proposals.

Prior to this, Glen worked as a Solutions Architect at Novabridge, where he delivered multi-domain ServiceNow solutions aligned to CSDM and security requirements, enabled first-of-type self-hosted deployments, and defined architectural standards and assurance models to uplift delivery quality across engagements. He also contributed to pre-sales, led solution demonstrations, mentored consultants, and helped secure significant contract wins.

Glen's earlier experience further shaped both his technical depth and leadership capability within large Defence environments. As a Senior Technical Consultant at Service Potential, he delivered ServiceNow solutions for major federal clients including the AFP and ACIC, supporting Protected SaaS implementations, ITOM, and integration patterns. At Leidos, he served as a Technical Team Lead supporting the Defence environments, leading both Project and BAU teams, managing applications and infrastructure, developing integration models, advancing platform automation, and performing large-scale upgrades to self-hosted ServiceNow environments.

In addition to consulting and architecture roles, Glen served as an Information Systems Technician within the Australian Defence Force (Army Reserves), supporting Defence ICT systems, networks, and secure communications in operational environments. This experience strengthened his technical foundations, leadership, discipline, and decision-making in complex, high-pressure contexts.

Across all roles, Glen has worked closely with senior executives and delivery programs to inform technology direction, drive strategic alignment, and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow at enterprise scale. He is passionate about creating platforms that are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned to business goals, with a strong track record in building governance frameworks, modernising architectures, and uplifting capability within the teams he leads.
