DoHAC required a modern and scalable platform to efficiently manage IT Services, support HR Service Delivery and onboarding Procurement workflows.

Our Solution

Novabridge developed and delivered a ServiceNow POC (list of Request items should be displayed under a Request Item), showcasing its potential for digital transformation across IT, HR, and Procurement. The key achievements included:

  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD) & Procurement Integration – Developed HR onboarding workflows with SAP integration.
  • Procurement Portal & Contractor Procurement – Implemented a digital purchasing portal and contractor procurement workflows.
  • Complex Procurement Application – Delivered a scalable solution for managing large-scale procurement activities efficiently.

Result

Following the successful POC, DoHAC procured an enterprise-wide ServiceNow licensing arrangement. The full implementation was completed in 2024, with additional enhancements scheduled for 2024-2025, including:

  • Asset Management Implementation
  • Security Incident Response (SIR) Enhancements
  • Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Development
  • Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Implementation
  • Service Catalogue Migration & Expansion

The ServiceNow transformation enabled seamless integration, improved automation, and operational efficiency, positioning DoHAC for long-term digital success.
